Required Application Documents

Every university scholarship application requires these 5 core verified documents.

Passport

Clear color scan of the information page with at least 12 months validity remaining.

Photo

Recent digital passport-style photo with a clean white background.

Academic Certificates & Transcripts

All academic graduation certificates and complete semester transcripts (with notarized English/Chinese translation).

Non-Criminal Record Certificate

Official police clearance / certificate of good conduct issued within the last 6 months.

Physical Examination Form

Official Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed, signed, and stamped by an authorized hospital within 6 months.
